Yummy Power Bites for HCG Diet Phase 3
An HCG Diet Phase 3 Treat
I make these little treats for my husband and our office staff from time to time. They keep well in the fridge, taste delightful and are filled with super nutrients that can give a nice kick to your afternoon. These are also super easy to make if you have a powerful blender or food processor. They keep well in the fridge for some time although I doubt they will last very long. If you are on Phase III of the Natural Path HCG Diet and Weight Loss Program you will want to indulge in just one of these per day.
Ingredients in the Power Bite Recipe (HCG Diet P3 approved treat)
All organic and raw is best. I like to soak the seeds over night and let them dry out for an hour or so in the morning.
1/2 cup walnuts
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup hemp seeds
1/4 cup dried coconut
1/4 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
Creating the Delicious HCG Diet Friendly Desert
The main ingredients in this recipe are walnuts, pumpkin seeds and hemp seeds. I will always get raw, organic nuts and seeds and soak them over night. In the morning, let them dry out a bit and then blend them together or put them through a food processor. Then, add in the dried coconut and blend again. In a separate bowl, mix together some coconut oil, organic vanilla extract and a little himalayan sea salt. Pour the nut/seed/coconut mixture in the oil blend and mix well.
The mixture should be slightly looser than cookie dough. It should easily form little balls. In a small bowl add 1/4 cup hemp seeds and 1/4 cup chia seeds and mix well. Form “dough” into balls and then roll in the seed blend to coat. Place on a dish in a single roll and let sit in refrigerator for a couple hours. Store in the refrigerator.
