What is ProLon?
ProLon was created by the world renound researcher and author of the Longevity Diet. ProLon® is a 5-day powerful health protocol that nourishes your body while promoting regenerative changes. This is a very well thought out and researched program created by Dr. Valter Longo. His research is amazing, maybe the best I have seen and he may even be up for a nobel prize! Over the past couple of months, I have been using ProLon with my patients as part of their lifestyle plan. I can honestly say that I have seen amazing results in those patients who have used ProLon. Most of them simply feel better, learn about the inflammatory properties of foods and have improved values on blood panels with cholesterol levels, blood glucose, Hgb A1C, inflammatory markers, etc. There are aslo noitcable changes on the scale with weight loss, as well as, physical changes in reduction of belly fat and an increase in lean mass.
