The HCG Diet at the Natural Path ... what is it?
While the use of Human Chorionic Gonadotropin, or HCG, can result in dramatic weight loss (not agreed with by the FDA), it is important that you follow the HCG program manual closely. The Natural HCG diet is science, not magic; in order to achieve the results you want, you'll need to read, understand and above all, follow directions. The diet is so effective when followed as outlined in our manual. There is a synergy to the foods chosen in Dr. Simeons original manuscript of the HCG Diet that lead to the amazing results that can be seen rom this process.
How much Weight Can One expect to lose on the HCG Diet?
Of course, there is variability between patient to patient in regards to the amount of weight lost on the HCG Diet. For those over 200 lbs., 1 lb. per day average is not uncommon; for those patients who are 180-200 it is quite normal to see an average weight loss of .75 lbs per day and for those 150 and less we can see an average of .5 lbs. per day while on the HCG Diet. We always do a bio impedence analysis with our patients before they begin the HCG Diet to see what the body composition is and then come up with a healthy goal from there.
