In the HCG Phase of the HCG Diet, it is very important that the dieter not cheat! To get best result in the HCG Diet plan, one has to be very strict in maintaining 500 calorie per day of the allotted foods. Exceptions can be made as we uniquely tailor the HCG Diet to suit every individual who does the Natural Path HCG Diet. When cheating happens, even the smallest amount of food that is not allowed on the HCG Diet phase of the HCG Diet can lead to a stall in weight loss for 3-5 days. It is important to weigh & measure the alloted foods during the HCG phase of the HCG Diet to be sure that you remain in the caloric range. Using the George Foreman or Panini grill can help to drain away excess fat from the meats that you cook. We find this to be a helpful tool for our patients.
