The HCG Diet is a wonderful cleansing program with the side effect of losing weight. It is amazing what happens when you narrow down your food choices and eat simply for 21 days. By drinking 2-4 liters of water per day you help the body to flush out unwanted toxins. We live in a toxic world and when the body does not know what to do with a toxin it will store it in our adipose or fat tissue. With the HCG Diet you are turning this fat tissue over and it is important to be well hydrated to keep flushing your body. During this process, patients are eating a low-calorie anti-inflammatory diet this helps to reduce inflammation in the body. In the morning, our patients will drink a blend of apple cider vinegar, lemon and water to increase the blood cleansing properties of the program. It is also higjly beneficial to take a nightly cleansing baths as well as liver and kidney cleansing herbs.
