After completing the Phase 4, Maintenance part of the HCG Weight Loss program, you will most likely find that your appetite, your food cravings, your metabolism and your overall state of health and well-being are significantly improved. After the HCG Weight Lossprogram has ended, you will learn how to continue this "new you" and your new body weight by selecting and eating mostly healthy, organic foods and beverages. Since the HCG Weight Loss program has helped you to establish a healthier dietary regimen and detoxified your body, it is wise to continue your new, balanced diet to maintain your improved state of health and vitality.  Post HCG Weight Loss Diet, it is wise to add in limited amounts of sugars and starches.  After the HCG Weight Loss Diet Program it is essential that you weigh yourself daily.  This will help to determine how you eat that particular day. 

What are the best foods to eat after completing the HCG Weight Loss Diet?

Once the HCG Weight Loss program is completed, it is okay to begin to eat a wide variety of foods ... in moderation, of course!

Post HCG Weight Loss Diet Proteins: Organic meats, seafood and eggs are great choices. We also like hemp protein, pea protein powder and whey protein powder

Post HCG Weight Loss Dairy Products: We recommend almond milk as well as raw, unpasteurized milk products (raw goat milk, kefir and yogurt). We do not recommend soy milk, rice milk or pasteurized dairy products.

Post HCG Weight Loss Vegetables: Go for artichoke, avocado, asparagus, bamboo shoots, bok choy, broccoli, brussel sprouts, cabbage, cauliflower, celery, cucumber, eggplant, fennel, green leafy veggies, green herbs, jicama, lettuce, mushrooms, okra, onions, radishes, sea vegetables, snow peas, spinach, sprouts, string beans, squash, tomatoes, zucchini.† Post HCG Weight Loss plan it is best to eat beets, carrots and starchy vegetables in moderation.
