HCG DIET at THE NATURAL PATH IN PORTLAND, OREGON IS EASY TO FOLLOW]The Natural Path HCG diet is a total of 500 calories a day and is easy to follow. See below for an outline of the main steps.
DAILY INJECTION OF HCG FOR 23-42 DAYS in the HCG PHASE OF THE HCG DIETRemember ... the first two days on the HCG Diet are loading days. We recommend eating high fat foods on these days in high quantities. This helps to set the stage for the entire HCG phase of the HCG Diet. On the third day of injections you will begin the 500 calorie diet which last for 23-42 days of the HCG Diet. This means you are on the diet for 2 days or 48 hours after you stop injections. This is known as the "transition phase" between the HCG phase and "stabilization phase" of the HCG Diet.Managing a PLATEAU while on the HCG DietIt is not uncommon for our patients to reach a plateau while on the HCG Diet where the weight will go without any change for a number of days.Here are a few suggestions to help correct the plateau and set you back on the track to weight loss on the HCG Diet:– Increase your water intake.– APPLE DAY ~ Eat only 6 apples in a 24 hour period and limit your water intake.– Check all condiments for sugar & added salt– Avoid mixing vegetables.– STEAK DAY -- only liquids until dinner, then have a large steak with a tomato
FOOD SELECTION on the HCG Diet
In the morning, tea or coffee can be drank in any quantity without sugar. Only one tablespoonful of milk allowed in 24 hours. Stevia is the only sweetener that we allow on our HCG Diet & weight loss program.
EXAMPLE OF FOOD SELECTION on the HCG Diet
Choose your fruit, meat and vegetable for the meal. It is best not to have the same protein and vegetable for both lunch and dinner in a given day on the HCG Diet
